Services – Toscana Remodeling

Toscana is a family-owned business. The owner, Erick, has over 23 years’ experience in the remodeling & flooring industry. He first learned about the business when he started working as a salesman for a major flooring company while he was a student pursuing his Master’s Degree in business at Texas A&M. He was eager to learn and excelled in the industry. In couple of months, he went from being the new guy to being the top grossing salesperson in the company he was working for. He went on to inspecting floors for the National flooring association learning more about the trade.

Erick started his own first company back in 2008. He has 100% ownership in the company. He opened his own showroom. This also included doing remodeling projects; his company at the time worked with a builder, helping to build houses. This is where Erick started to get more experience in the business. Erick wanted to sell a quality product in his showroom, so he started his own line of engineered wood and laminate. In time, his line grew, word of mouth spread, and Erick’s business grew once again through his vision and incredible talent. He has now become one of the most trusted Kitchen and bath remodeling project managers in the DFW area. He seems to have a knack for walking into homes and knowing just what to do to turn any house into a dream home.

Erick chose the Lucas area to build his first custom home because the surrounding area is up and growing. Since then, Erick has successfully continued to build in both the Lucas and Fairview areas and hopes to expand into the surrounding areas.
